Juju (hereinafter referred to as "the service") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "the policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the providing of the service. The policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how users can manage their personal information.
The terms "personal information", "personal data", and "retained personal data" used in this policy shall follow the definitions set forth in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act").

We may collect the following information from users in connection with the service. If users do not provide certain information, they may not be able to use all or part of the service.

For credit card payments, we outsource the necessary operations to an external payment processing company, Stripe Japan, Inc. We ensure that "credit card numbers, etc." are not retained (as stipulated in Article 35-16, Paragraph 1 of the Installment Sales Act).

- To distribute or display advertisements for the service or third-party services
- For purposes incidental to the above
Article 3: Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not provide or disclose users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When we have obtained the user's consent
- When required by law
Article 4: Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we will select companies that meet our specified personal information management standards and supervise them to ensure proper handling.
Article 5: Disclosure, Correction, and Inquiry of Retained Personal Data
At the request of the individual, we will respond to notifications of usage purposes, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.") regarding retained personal data obtained through this procedure.
